MCOPA Annual Trade Show – A Successful and Inspiring Experience
What a great show. Congratulations to the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association for delivering an exceptional event. We were pleased to participate in the MCOPA Annual Trade Show, where we showcased our Field Training Officer Workbook and engaged with numerous leaders and officers. The interest, feedback, and connections made throughout the event were truly valuable.

Leadership, Friendship, and the Value of an Unhurried Moment
Thanks Ronald Sellon, JD MSCJ, Garth Strandberg, Richard Stanley, and Chief for keeping us laughing and focused on what truly matters. Hooyah brother.
Our time together reminded us that the most meaningful moments don’t happen in conference rooms or on Teams calls—they happen around a dinner table, over a great meal, with real conversations that go far beyond small talk. When we slow down, share a meal, and truly listen, we reconnect with the people who matter, gain new perspectives, and strengthen the relationships that sustain us. In life and leadership, meaningful conversations build trust, deepen partnerships, and spark the ideas that move us forward.
A Partnership Built on Integrity, Service, and Leadership
There aren’t many people that compare to Chief Robert J. F. in the law enforcement community. Whether as a Chief of Police, or as an advocate for officers and Sheriff’s Deputies, Chief Ferullo is the definition of the word “influencer”. I am lucky to count him as my friend and to partner with him to serve the outstanding men and women of the Essex County Sheriff’s Department and law enforcement leadership across Massachusetts.

A 24-Year Collaboration Built on Innovation and Progress
For 24 years, Quartech Justice has partnered with the Los Angeles Police Department, and we are just getting started. With a focus on continuous improvement and innovation, we look forward to the next twenty-four years of collaboration and progress.
Supporting Officer Wellness Through K‑9 Programs
It was great meeting the incredible wellness dogs from the Beverly Hills Police Department and Culver City Police Department at the conference today. These dogs do far more than attract attention—they play a meaningful role in supporting the mental health and resilience of today’s officers. Wellness and peer‑support programs are becoming an essential part of modern policing, helping officers manage stress, decompress after critical incidents, and maintain overall well‑being. The impact these K‑9 wellness teams have on their departments is real and significant.
Thank you to the handlers and agencies investing in programs that support the people behind the badge.

Proud to Partner with Ashland Police Department
Great to spend time with Ashland PD’s Deputy Chief Michael Vinciulla at the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association Show this week. I’m grateful for the partnership with the Ashland Police Department and, more importantly, to call him a friend. Keep up the great work, brother.
A Leader Trusted by Those Who Serve
Jeff Farnsworth has earned the respect of both law enforcement leadership and the officers on the ground. He’s the kind of professional who has your six when it’s time to step into the toughest situations. We consider ourselves fortunate to partner with him and the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security.

On the Ground: Teeing Off with Sheriff Coppinger
What a great day to hit the course with Sheriff Kevin Coppinger from Essex County Sheriff’s Department. Quartech Justice is proud to partner with such an innovative and thoughtful leader who proudly serves both his department and county constituents with excellence. We look forward to many more years of partnership and teeing off!
A Look Back at the CPCA Annual Training Symposium
We were excited to reconnect with colleagues, clients, and former teammates last month in San Diego at the California Police Chiefs Association Annual Training Symposium. Our long-standing partnerships with California police departments and Sheriff’s Offices have always been a point of pride, and we were grateful for the chance to celebrate those relationships in person. It was a rewarding experience filled with valuable discussions and renewed connections.
